2011 Part D Potential Exclusion Warning Reports

The first iteration of the Part D Potential Exclusion Warning reports for the Reopening for Calendar Year 2011 is now available.  Please review and take the appropriate action necessary to address the Prescription Drug Event (PDE) records found in the report as outlined in the January 6, 2014 HPMS memorandum, “Reconciliation PDE Exclusion Process.”
