Correction - RAPS Format Effective 2014
The RAPS Format Effective 2014 has been updated to reflect Risk Assessment Codes ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ as acceptable codes. Please note there will be no Risk Assessment Code ‘D’ at this time. Please disregard the previous notification of the 2014 RAPS Format reflecting Risk Assessment Code ‘D’ as an acceptable code. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
