PDE Monthly Report Status

The distribution of the April 2015 PDE month end reports is complete. The P2P and Cumulative Beneficiary reports for Benefit Year 2015 were distributed on 5/13/2015. The P2P reports for Benefit Year 2014 and Cumulative Beneficiary reports for Benefit Years 2012, 2013 and 2014 were distributed on 5/14/2015. The Cumulative Beneficiary report for Benefit Years 2009, 2010 and 2011 were distributed on 5/15/2015.
