Processing Outage
Due to an ongoing AWS outage, please be advised that the Drug Data Processing System (DDPS) is unable to process PDE submissions until further notice. During this time, PDE Response File reports will not be transmitted to submitters via the Prescription Drug Front End System (PDFS). The agency is working with AWS to address the issue, and we will notify submitters when PDE processing is restored.
