Correction Notice for Encounter Data Software Release Updates

The purpose of this ListServ is to provide a correction to an edit code number in the Encounter Data Software Release Updates: June 12, 2024 memo. Edit 25075 'Same DOS as E&M Visit - Not Allowed' was incorrectly published in the memo as edit number '27075'. There are no other corrections or changes. The EDPS edit lookup tool correctly lists the edit number as '25075'.
